Senior Landman

Paul is a graduate from the University of Texas Tyler with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has 10 years of Petroleum Landman experience covering the state of Texas and New Mexico where he focused primarily on Title, Curative Title, Leasing and Suspense Curative. Paul joined Monument Resources in July of 2017 where he has primarily focused on Leasing and Curative Title work.

Meeting with Mayors, City Council Members, and residents of the areas focused on by the client, Paul has had a success rate of leasing over thousands of mineral acres. As of April of 2020, Paul was placed in a leadership role at Monument leading their Suspense Curative Team. As of January of 2022, Paul and his team have helped their client release over five million dollars in suspended funds to the royalty owners.
